Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Applies to All Approved and Prospective Berentix Agents
This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding part of your participation as an agent on the
Berentix platform. By applying for or accepting an agent role, you confirm that you have read,
understood, and agree to the terms below.
1. Definition of Confidential Information
“Confidential Information” refers to all non-public materials, data, scripts, communications, investor
profiles, project information, internal dashboards, and platform-related content shared with you by
Berentix or made accessible through your agent account. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Investor names (even partial)
- Project documentation and scripts
- Internal system designs or screenshots
- Commission rates and payout structures
- Messages and instructions from the Berentix team
2. Your Obligations
As an agent or applicant, you agree to:
- Keep all Confidential Information private and secure
- Never share, screenshot, record, or copy internal data
- Only use platform materials for the purpose of performing your role
- Refrain from saving or forwarding investor-related information outside the Berentix platform
- Immediately report any accidental data exposure or unauthorized access to the Berentix support team
3. What You Must Not Do
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Exporting or storing investor or project data locally
- Sharing investor or platform details with anyone (including family, friends, or colleagues)
- Contacting investors via WhatsApp, Telegram, social media, phone, or personal email
- Using your agent access to gain competitive intelligence or work for another entity
- Disclosing your dashboard access or credentials to another person
4. Duration of Confidentiality
This NDA remains in effect:
- During the full term of your agent participation, and
- For two (2) years after your agent account is deactivated, regardless of reason
5. Breach & Consequences
Any violation of this NDA may result in:
- Immediate termination of your agent account
- Forfeiture of all unpaid commissions
- Reporting to relevant project owners, companies, or legal authorities
- Civil or criminal action, depending on the severity of the breach
6. Legal Disclosure
In the event of suspected fraud, misconduct, or damage to any project, Berentix reserves the right to
disclose your identity, submitted KYC documents, session logs, and related communications to:
- Affected project/company owners
- Legal advisors
- Law enforcement or regulators
This will only be done upon formal request and in compliance with applicable law.
7. Acceptance
By applying as an agent, accessing your dashboard, or participating in any Berentix-related activity, you
fully accept this NDA.
No separate signature is required.
