Platform Use Policy

Applies to All Berentix Agents, Applicants, and Platform Users

This Platform Use Policy (“Policy”) defines how agents are permitted to access and use the Berentix system. It ensures the safety, privacy, and professionalism of all users, companies, and investors involved. By using the platform, you agree to comply with these rules at all times.

1. Purpose of the Platform

The Berentix platform is designed to enable trained agents to:

• Access verified investor leads
• Use pre-approved communication scripts
• Submit investor interest forms
• Track earnings and activity
• Operate in a secure, monitored system

You are not authorized to use the platform for any personal, commercial, or unauthorized purposes.

2. Access Rules

As an agent, you agree to:

• Access the platform only using your own login credentials
• Use the system on a private device in a secure location
• Never share your login with others
• Only access the system from your verified device and IP (unless granted permission)

3. Communication Guidelines

• All investor communication must occur strictly inside the platform
• You must use the official scripts provided for each project
• You may not modify, translate, or rewrite scripts without permission
• You may not contact investors via external platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, email, social media)
• Disrespectful, aggressive, or misleading communication is strictly forbidden

4. Data Privacy & Security

• You may only access data assigned to you (e.g., first name, country, interest level)
• You may not download, export, screenshot, record, or save platform content
• You may not store investor information outside the Berentix system
• If you suspect a data breach or unauthorized access, you must report it immediately

5. Prohibited Conduct

Agents must not:

• Misrepresent themselves or use false identity documents
• Use VPNs, fake IPs, or device-spoofing tools
• Share, forward, or alter scripts and internal messages
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy any part of the platform
• Share screenshots or videos of the system or investor leads
• Collect investor data for any other project, job, or business

6. System Monitoring

To ensure compliance, Berentix logs and monitors:

• IP addresses and login sessions
• Click and message activity
• Form submissions and script usage
• Device and location data
• Any attempts to access restricted content

This is done to protect the platform, investors, and agent community.

7. Violations & Enforcement

Breaking this policy may result in:

• Account suspension or termination
• Loss of unpaid commissions
• Reporting to relevant company or project owners
• Legal action, if appropriate

All actions are logged and enforceable under our agent agreement and NDA.

9. Policy Acceptance

By using the Berentix platform, you accept this Platform Use Policy in full.
