At Berentix, your privacy is important. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use
it, and how we protect it. It also outlines your rights and obligations while using our agent platform.
By using the Berentix system, submitting an application, or accessing your dashboard, you agree to the
practices described below.
1. What Information We Collect
When you apply or work as an agent, we may collect the following:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Contact details (email address only)
- Government-issued ID (passport, ID card, or driver's license)
- Selfie video for identity confirmation
- Device, IP address, and location data
- Session activity logs
- Language and country preferences
- Submitted investor forms (data is anonymized)
2. Why We Collect This Information
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To verify your identity and approve your agent account
- To assign you investor leads based on language and region
- To provide access to your dashboard and tools
- To log your activity for legal, compliance, and payout tracking
- To detect fraud, misuse, or violations of platform rules
- To comply with international data protection and financial regulations (e.g., GDPR, AML)
3. How We Store and Protect Your Data
- All personal data is stored securely on encrypted servers
- Access is restricted by role, monitored, and logged
- Session activity (clicks, messages, logins) is recorded for security
- Investor data is never downloaded or exported
- We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes
4. Who Can See Your Information
Your data is only visible to:
- Berentix onboarding and support staff
- Compliance and legal reviewers (when required)
- Project owners or legal authorities — only if you violate terms, cause harm, or commit fraud (see Section 6)
5. Your Rights
As a platform user, you have the right to:
- Access and view the data we hold about you
- Request correction of any inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (if not under legal hold)
- Withdraw your consent and stop using the platform
- File a complaint if you believe your data is being misused

By default, your data stays private. However, if you:

- Violate investor privacy
- Breach your NDA or Platform Use Policy
- Cause damage to a listed company or investor
…Berentix may share your full KYC, IP logs, communications, and relevant activity with:
- The affected company or project owner
- Legal advisors and investigative authorities
- Law enforcement (upon formal request)
This is clearly stated in your agreement and only applies in serious cases.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data:
- While your account is active, and
- For up to 5 years after closure (for legal and audit purposes)
You may request deletion after that period unless your data is part of an ongoing investigation.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this policy as laws or operations change.
If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or inside your dashboard.
